Payment

• Credit Card/Paypal: Our secure payment gateway is provided by Paypal, there is an option to pay either by credit card or paypal account.
• Online Bank Transfer: You can transfer funds direct to our bank account using the secure Poli application.
• Credit Installments: You can pay in installments using the Oxipay application.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping throughout NZ, (pay one shipping price regardless of how many items you buy)

Generally your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. (Contact will be made immediately if there's any issues with stock availability)

Delivery times:

• North Island, urban, residential address typically arrives in 1-2 working days ($8)
• North Island, rural address typically arrives in 2-4 working days ($10)
• South Island, urban, residential adress typically arrives in 1-3 working days($10)
• South Island, rural address typically arrives in 3-4 working days ($12)
• Pick up from store (Napier) (free)

Tracking your shipment:

We will send a tracking number from the courier once your parcel has been dispatched.

Sending direct to a Gift Recipient

If you would like us to send the product direct to somebody else - when you get to checkout simply put a payment address (your address) and shipping address (their address) in the relevant boxes.
